I can still clearly remember my process of making the decision to start this podcast. I had so many thoughts about it but I am so grateful I decided to do this and that is what I want to talk to you about today, decision making. Decisions can be powerful, but they aren’t always easy. To some degree, almost all of us suffer from decision paralysis at some point in time. Realizing the impact that your decisions can have is often frightening but I promise you that once you realize the incredible impact that making decisions can have, you can truly begin to build the business of your dreams.
As the CEO of your MFR business decision-making is part of the package so you might as well get great at it.
