EP. 10 Are You Crowdsourcing Your Decisions?
Monday May 10, 2021
Monday May 10, 2021
Crowdsourcing is outsourcing your problem solving to a network of friends, acquaintances, and even strangers via social media. While this is great for community building and getting to know your audience better or to even help you get unstuck with certain decisions. This is not something that you should do very often in business. Crowdsourcing your business decisions means that you are asking the opinion of people who don’t know your business or your clients and who have different misconceptions and perspectives than you do. You're essentially giving your power away. Listen in to learn some reasons why we crowdsource and what you should do instead.
I hope this episode encourages you to continue to build your therapy practice. If you are feeling overwhelmed with this process and need some support. I am happy to help you gain clarity. Please connect with me at www.themfrcoach.com.
