First I want you to recognize that as an MFR therapist, you have way more control over your schedule than you are giving yourself credit for. The goal is to set the schedule that works best for you and your family. I know what you are thinking, “ what about my patients”? Yes, we do need a schedule that works for the patients we want to see, but honestly, if the schedule doesn’t work for us we aren’t going to be doing good work in supporting our patients. So today, I want to share with you some tips on how to schedule your time with patients in order to feel most present with them while also leaving yourself with some energy to be present in your life away from the office.
I hope this episode clarifies how to best set the schedule for your therapy practice. If you are feeling overwhelmed with this process and need some support. I am happy to help you master your schedule. Please connect with me at www.themfrcoach.com.
